Pro50+ is a bar rich in milk protein (15 grams per bar of 50 g). Excellent as a morning / afternoon snack, it contains a mixture of almond and walnut paste, hazelnuts and is covered with dark chocolate, characteristics that make it particularly tasty. In addition, the dried fruit, of which the bar is rich, naturally contains high amounts of essential fatty acids, so named because our body is not able to synthesize them and therefore must be introduced with food every day. Given its composition, it can be taken before physical activity (at least 1.5 h) but, above all, lends itself to restoring the energy and plastic reserves of the muscle after an intense and / or prolonged effort. It does not contain hydrolysed collagen proteins and hydrogenated fats.
