Liquid Carbo+ flash is a carbohydrate, caffeine, vitamin C, β-alanine and carnitine supplement. It is a simple and complex carbohydrate solution (dextrose, fructose and maltodextrin) that can provide the body with an instant and medium-term energy release. Vitamin C helps reduce perceived fatigue while carnitine supports normal fat metabolism. The formulation also contains caffeine and the ß-alanine carnosine precursor, which has been shown to act as a buffer on the pH of the skeletal muscle by helping to delay the onset of muscle acidosis induced by lactic acid accumulation.
