R.M.1 is a mix of nutrients whose synergistic action provides muscle support after high-intensity, prolonged training or racing. The product base is made up of carbohydrates (maltodextrin and fructose) to restore muscle glycogen. The role of creatine is to replenish phosphocreatine reserves in the muscle and thus to intervene on energy production to support muscle mechanisms. Branch-chained amino acids (5 g per dose), contained in the 8:1:1 formulation, promote protein synthesis. Glutamine (2 g per dose) is among the most abundant amino acids in the muscle, its rate decreases after physical exercise and therefore it needs to be restored. Magnesium in this context plays an important role in helping to promote protein synthesis while potassium enables normal muscle functions. Taurine, lipoic acid and vitamin C serve the purpose of reducing the harmful effect of free radicals (formed during exercise).

Daily dose and direction for use: shake 50 g (5 scoop) in at least 500 ml of water; drink within 2-4 hours.
